According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, asphalt resurfacing operations are underway in various parts of the city to improve infrastructure and enhance the quality of citizens’ movement and traffic. In this regard, the asphalt resurfacing of Marvarid Alley, located on Ayatollah Ghafari Street, was carried out after the curb installation operations were completed. Also, in Salehin Alley, located on Hajar Street, asphalt resurfacing has been completed. These measures have been taken in response to public demands and to improve the quality of urban streets.

Continuation of construction operations in Arak city districts; asphalt resurfacing and curb installation in several urban passages
According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, construction operations in the districts of Arak city continue with the aim of improving the quality of streets and facilitating citizens' movement. In this regard, the replacement of the asphalt surface on Ayatollah Ghafari Street, Shahideh Narges Ghari Alley, and its adjacent dead-end alleys is underway. Also, the manual asphalt crew is active on Ayatollah Ghafari Street and Salehin Alley located on Hajar Street, and is tasked with repairing traffic spots and removing unevenness from the street surface. Another construction activity in the district is the implementation of curb installation in Qaem Town, Shokoufeh 7 Alley by the maintenance crew, which is being carried out with the aim of managing surface water and preparing the route for supplementary operations. These activities will continue in line with responding to urban needs and increasing the satisfaction of residents in District Five, and are considered an effective step in improving urban infrastructure.

Remarkable progress in the construction of Seyyed al-Shohada Park on Ostad Abbas Sahab Street
According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, the construction project for Seyyed al-Shohada Park on Ostad Abbas Sahab Street, with a total area of 6,000 square meters, is being carried out with remarkable progress. In the northern section of the park, covering 2,000 square meters, paving, path accessibility improvements, and bench installation have been completed, and this area is now awaiting the completion of lighting facilities to provide a safe and pleasant space for citizens. In the southern section of the park, with an area of 4,000 square meters, curb work has been completed and, after initial preparations, this section will soon enter the paving and flooring stage. With the completion of Seyyed al-Shohada Park, a safe and lively space for recreation and family gatherings will be provided. The goal of implementing this project is to improve the quality of life for citizens and increase urban vitality in this area.

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, asphalt milling operations in Morvarid Alley, approximately 150 meters long and located on Shahid Klahdooz Street, have begun by the municipal construction team of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality. This measure is being carried out with the aim of preparing the ground for installing book curbs and improving the conditions for the movement of citizens along this route. In implementing this project, compliance with technical standards, proper drainage of surface water, and enhancing street safety have been given special attention.
