Leveraging collective wisdom and national expertise to reform the organizational structure of Arak Municipality

According to the Department of Communications and International Affairs of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, a meeting of the specialized working group for reviewing and reforming the organizational chart of Arak Municipality was held with the aim of improving the efficiency of the administrative system and optimizing organizational processes.

This meeting, chaired by Abolfazl Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development, and attended by Abolfazl Madadi, a national human resources expert; Ansari, the senior expert on municipal employment affairs in Markazi Province; and Shirmard, Human Capital Manager of Saveh Municipality, was held in the Deputy for Planning office. In this session, in addition to a careful assessment of the current structure, topics such as analyzing the current situation, identifying operational bottlenecks, presenting scientific optimization solutions, and explaining legal requirements were discussed and exchanged. Abolfazl Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of Arak Municipality, emphasized the need to align the organizational chart with strategic goals in this meeting and said: Structural reform must be carried out with a forward-looking perspective and within the framework of higher-level documents so that it leads to improved efficiency in service delivery to citizens.

At the end of the meeting, proposed solutions for streamlining the administrative structure were reviewed so that the results of these specialized sessions could draw the roadmap for structural transformation of Arak Municipality.
